Steps to use SRAS Kit
Locate and mark injury and determine direction of puncture. Carry out repairs only within marked repair area (tread) upto max. repairable damage of 6mm. Dip the ratchet reamer into the special cement BL, then introduce the cutting tool into the perforation by permanently turning it clock-wise and clean the perforation carefully. Keep on turning clock-wise while pulling back the cutting tool. Hook the repair plug into the inserting tool. Proceed as follows : Holding the inserting tool with the eyelet opening upwards, introduce the repair plug and pull on its free end, until the plug is located at the end of the eyelet.
Unlock the retractable by pressing with the thumb and open fully. Fit the free end of the plug into the tenter hook and close retractable handle again. Dip the inserting tool with retractable handle closed and the plug stretched into the special cement BL. Insert the tool immediately without turning, into the perforation upto the handle. Activate locking pin - the repair plug is released and well seated in the tyre.
   
  Remove inserting tool immediately without turning it. Inflate the normal service pressure and cut off excess end of . Finally check repair for airtightness
