Founder Late Sh. S.K Chaudhri (1922 - 1989) migrated to Delhi in 1947. With his back ground in Automobiles he worked with Goodyear (India) for several years. Recognizing his knowledge and experience in the field of tyres M/s. Stahlgruber Otto Gruber Gmbh & Co., Germany popularly Known as "REMA Tip Top" appointed him as their Sole Agent in India for marketing of their entire range of Cold Vulcanizing repair materials. The proprietary firm General Agencies was founded by him in the year 1955. It was converted into a Partnership firm with induction of the two sons. The constitution changed two Private Limited Company in 1987.
